Originally came with the booklet wrapped around the tape case and secured with a rubber band. Most sold/given away locally.

"Yes, we put this out. Nick recorded when they played in Naples and said he talked to the band about putting it out - who knows if he actually did. I'm not sure if he ever sent them copies. This has 12 songs by Choking Victim/Leftover Crack, that sound pretty damn good, not to mention 1 awesome yet to be recorded (at the time of this show) song. It comes with a thick, good looking booklet with lyrics/info/etc.
