Card-weight sleeve
The CD was given out to radio stations. The original version, which was limited to 5000 copies, came with a full color poster, a sticker, and one of four different colored spark guns: blue, red, orange, and green. A second version with a different cover and without the toy gun was also made but limited to only 75 copies.
