Promo release with singles from the forthcoming album Borders & Boundaries.
The credits printed on the J-card for the cassette are incorrect. JR (saxophone, not trombone) did not join the band until after these songs were recorded. Derron Nuhfer was the saxophone player at the time of recording, and is credited as such on the actual album.
Buddy does not play saxophone, he plays trombone. Pete Anna was the second trombone, and was listed correctly.
Most of this confusion is likely related to how Borders and Boundaries was released and lineup changes during the same period. Borders and Boundaries was originally supposed to come out on Capitol Records. The band changed labels and Fat Wreck Chords bought the album and released it. Derron left the band immediately after Borders and Boundaries was recorded. JR joined the band in 2000, likely around the time Fat was beginning promo for the album for it's release in 2000.
